Curso sobre Responsabilidad Social Corporativa
We live in a world that is interconnected and where our actions have an impact on our environment. The public and private sectors are no exceptions to that as they too contribute in a positive or negative manner to the promotion of sustainable development. For this reason, the adoption of socially responsible behavior that include multiple dimensions (social, economic, environmental among others) is key to guarantee the balance between the benefits of the company and the goals of the community where it operates.
This course is an introduction that reflects the necessity of knowing and adopting socially responsible practices at the institutional and community level. This course will help its participants to find the answer to some questions such as: what is the definition of CSR?, What is its importance?, How can I put it in practice on my work place?, What is the international conception of the CSR especially in the system of the United Nations and in Latin America?
