In her statement, Ms Fraser said everybody, "land degradation impacts hugely the world today. Water scarcity threatens food security. Land is an important agricultural resource.… Charity begins at home. Coming from a family of livestock farming, I will be soon engaging in farming myself where I live now, which means walking the talk. I will also use my skills and experience of farming to teach people how to save our land through ploughing it to prevent soil erosion. Start in your back yard."
