The Excel spreadsheets can be used by reporting entities as an alternative way to submit SFA/PPS entries. The Excel spreadsheet, once filled in, can be uploaded into the PRAIS system under the relevant reporting sections (sections for SFA and PPS), as was done during the last reporting process in 2010.
