Status of the 2012-2013 reporting and review process
The Bureau of the CRIC decided to postpone to 15 October 2012 the deadline for submission of reports, and recommended that the Bureau of the COP consider convening the eleventh session of the CRIC (CRIC 11) in April 2013. The Bureau of the COP decided to include information submitted by 30 October 2012 into the preliminary analysis documentation for the CRIC, and to convene CRIC 11 in Bonn, Germany, from 15 to 19 April 2013.
By the 30 October 2012 deadline, the following reports were submitted:
• 71 reports from affected country Parties (28 from Africa; 21 from Asia; 11 from Latin America and the Caribbean; 4 from Northern Mediterranean; and 7 from Central and Eastern European);
• 3 reports on progress made in implementing subregional action programmes, while no reports were received about the implementation of regional action programmes;
• 9 reports from developed country Parties;
• 2 reports from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the Global Mechanism (GM).

CRIC 11 took place in Bonn from 15-19 April 2013, following CST S-3 (9-12 April) and the meetings of the Regional Implementation Annexes in preparation for the session (12-13 April).
