| Work Experience | Drought planning and rainwater harvesting for arid-zone pastoralists: the Turkana and Maasai (Kenya) and the Negev Bedouin (Israel) - Social constraints and opportunities. Initiator and coordinator of the above tripartite academic project, funded ($150,000) by the Netherlands-Israel Development Research Programme (NIRP) for four years (until 1998; with extension until May 1999); participation of researchers from Kenya, Israel and The Netherlands.
