Advising Government Ministries and State Corporations on the construction thereon, furnishing legal opinions, undertaking research and arbritation. Has developed a high degree of experience in drafting agreements, analytical skills on international legal instruments and good communication and negotiation skills as representative of the Attorney-General, as adviser to delegations in many international programmes. Environment: designated to deal with the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification. In this regard attends to matters and gives legal advise in respect to the Convention. In February 1997 attended, as an expert, the Meeting on the formulation of Inter-Governmental Authority on Development Committee on Science and Technology in the context of CCD.
