| Work Experience | 1. Desert Margins Initiative Project (DMP): I have participated in their regional project as a member of National Research Team and Co-ordination Committee. This is a project carried out by nine countries of Africa, Western, Eastern and Southern Africa. It aims at addressing the problem of biodiversity degradation in dryland areas of Kenya through community participation in the management strategies.
2. Medicinal plants and traditional medicine project. This is a research project that I am currently carrying out in Baringo District of Rift Valley province of Kenya. It aims at documentary indigenous knowledge on the use of medicinal plants and traditional medicine. |
