The goal of the project (funded by GTZ and Government of Lesotho) is to ensure that energy in Lesotho is widely used in an efficient and environmentally sound way. - Has had extensive experience working with government officials, business people, national community groups and international organisations in the areas of training, project planning, implementation and evaluation and policy development. He has three years experience as a Country Liaison Officer for ADF/Lesotho, four years as a Project Manager with US AID Lesotho in the areas of Agriculture, Private Sector Development and Education. Prior to working for US AID, he worked for twelve years in various senior management positions with thew Government of Lesotho which included being the first Principal Secretary for the Ministry of Labour and Manpower Development, the General Manager for the National Abattoir an
