Work Experience- Product development in the improvement of traditional Nigerian foods such as masa, ndaleyi, gari, fura da nono, sinasin, danwake etc., production and evaluation of weaning foods; - Evaluation of end use quality of wheat and millet grown in Nigeria; - Malting properties of some local cereals and legumes, village level dehulling and milling. - Involved in food and process development and consultancy programmes for small scale enterprises and government organisations, UNN INRA programme on natural resources in Africa. - I have also been involved in studies on moulds and mycotoxin contamination of stored foods. - Currently, involved in ROCAFREMI (WCAMRNW) West and Central African Millet Research Network on Food Technology of Millet - I participated in AA-UNU training programme on the production of high protein energy foods for the vulnerable groups in Africa in Accra, Ghana. - I am a recipient of UNU Fellowship for advanced Studies in Food and Nutrition, in Central Food Technol
