I have also my skills and knowledge updated in policy & programming, gender mainstreaming & analysis, participatory, planning, monitoring & evaluation, organizational strengthening and institutional development research as well as community advocacy and mobilization. I have been involved in various developmental programs at local, national & international level, participated in e- forum discussions & trainings on issues bordering on sustainable development and facilitated community involvement and participation that have engendered ownership. I am very conversant with organizing and facilitating seminars, workshops and trainings irrespective of the terrain. I am highly computer literate with wide experience in Windows, Microsoft office, data analysis packages, Internet and web-based searching. I have daily access to computer and the internet.
