Publications	After I graduated from the Forest Engineering Department of Black Sea Technical University in 1980, I started to work in The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI) investigation and Planning Department and I took part in projects related to erosion and … reservoirs and river basins. In 1995 I became the head of Erosion and Sediment Control Section and since then I have been working at this postion. I attended to COP3 of UNCCD held in Recife Brazil in 1999.
