Work Experience1. Prolonging of shelf life of the eggs and determination of spoilage agents. I joined as a participant. The aim of the project is trying to prolong the shelf life of the eggs and also determining the spoilage agents and pathogens on egg shells. The isolation and identification tests were applied to determine the contamination of egg shells from environment. Total aerobe bacteria, yeast and molds and coliform groups were determined. Some isolates taken from plate were identified by using various tests at Genus level. Eggs coated with various coating materials to decrease heavy contamination and elimination of spoilage risks. in addition, the effect of coating material on embryo viability was determined. 2. Probiotics. I joined as a participant. The aim of the project is trying to reduce the Salmonella contamination to poultry.
