Work ExperienceNational Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) has provided scholarship between 1974 and 1978 through North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). He has obtained scholarship from Civil Engineering Department of University of waterloo between 1978 and 1979. He has been a faculty member in METU, Ankara, Turkey between years the 1980-2001. Dr. Selçuk Soyupak is currently a faculty member of the Civil Engineering Department of Atilim University, Ankara, Turkey. He is currently teaching Applied Engineering Statitics courses within the basic and applied research projects either as aproject manager or as an engineer or as a consultant. Dr. Soyupak has published about 75 papers, half of which have appeared in international scientific journals and symposium proceedings. Dr. Soyupak's current research interest mainly focus on Reservoir and Lake Systems Management, River Systems Managment and Neural Network and Fuzzy Logic Applications in Aquatic System Modelling.
