Work ExperienceI took a professor position in the Faculty of Soil and Water Conservation in Beijing Forestry University since 2010 as outstanding research scientist. Over the past 10 years, I have been involved in the Canadian Carbon Program, Fluxnet Canada Program, Drought Effects on Canadian Prairie Grassland and Forest Ecosystems, Forest Ecosystem and Functioning in Finland etc. My research focused on carbon and water cycle of boreal forest ecosystems in relation to environmental factors, disturbance, and climate change. A series strategies about boreal forest acclimation and adaptation to climate change were proposed.
