Work ExperienceFrom 1991, he worked in Xi’an University of Technology in the specialty of hydrology and water resources, and was promoted to be a professor in 1998. From 1998 to 2002, he was selected as one of the members of "100-Top Scientists Plan" of Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2003, he worked as a professor in Xi’an University of Technology.
