Work ExperienceI have been devoted to reforestation on some bear ground in the south China and research for the structure and function of the artificial forest ecosystem. 1968-1978: I was a forest engineer of a local forest bureau in Hunan Province, in which I was responsible for some technological works of plantation and forest management. Since 1981 I have researched for the function of artificial forest ecosystem and made some achievement in the nutrient cycle of them at Qianyangzhou Experiement Station of Chinese Academy of Sciences in the Jiangxin Province. 1986-1989: I was one of leaders of the Survey Team of the South China. The team successfully investigated natural resources characteristics and put on some important strategies of sustainable utilization on natural resources in the region. Now I am responsible for some national projects, such as recovery and conservation of ecosystem and how to high efficiently using agricultural natural resources.
