Work Experience1. I have taught more than ten courses including 'Desert Control', 'Geomorphology', 'Geology', Quaternary Geology'. 2. The relevant projects I have directed and participated include: - Design of Blown Sand Control for Shapotou - Mengjiawan Sector. Baotou - Lanzhou Line (1975, The Tengger desert); - Experimental Study on dealing with Jilantai Salt Lake Sand Damages (1984 - 1992, the Ulanbh Desert of Inner Mongolia and Ningxia); - Studies on Quaternary Glaciers and Environmental Evolution in Helan Mts. (1993, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia); - Ecological Restoration of Polluted Land in the West Suburb of Baotou City (1993-1995, Baotu, Inner Mongolia); - Experimental Research of Afforestation on Polluted Land in Baotou (1993-1995, Baotou, Inner Mongolia); - Ecological Restoration and Rational Utilization of Erjina Oasis (1996-2000, Erjina Banner of Inner Mongolia, Xingjian);
