| Work Experience | I have carried out a doctoral research in land tenure and land registration in African context including several field researches in Zanzibar and one in Zimbabwe. For the research I have also made study tours to Tanzania mainland, Kenya, Mozambique and Mauritius.
I have also worked as a land management assistant adviser in the Zanzibar Integrated Land and Environment Management Project over two years. First I carried out researchwork on land tenure but in the end I also participated in advisory and project management tasks on Pemba Island. I will join a land titling project in Cambodia in July 1997 as a land surveyor. I consider myself as a specialist on land tenure in developing countries. |
