Work Experience1. 1994 to present date: Working as Director, Arid Forest Research Institute, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) under the supervision of Director General, Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education (ICFRE), Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. Presently conducting, supervising, coordinating forestry research on arid areas of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana and Dadra Nagar Haveli covering many areas. 2. 1990-94: Worked as Additional Commissioner in the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, New Delhi and handled projects/schemes on all India basis for watershed management, soil and moisture conservation and horticulture development covering many fields. 3. 1975-90: Worked as Assistant Conservator of Forests, Deputy Conservator of Forests in the State Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh handling various administrative and management aspects of forestry, tribal development, etc. Prepared working plan of North Balaghat Forest Division covering silviculture,
