Work Experience1. Research work of international importance in the areas of plant growth substances, plant tissue culture & soil microbiology. 2. Principal investigator of a number of nationally funded and internationally funded projects. 3. Teaching to graduate & post-graduate students and guidance to a number of Ph.D. students. 4. Setting up of new departments at CSIR Complex, Palampur & GBPIHED, Almora. 5. Heading an R&D Institution with mandate for the entire Indian Himalayan Region (12 states); providing leadership to headquarters & presently 4 units. 6. Developing links with a number of international organizations.
