We are calling on you to share a story, video or photo that helps promote one or more of the four campaign objectives:

  • Raise awareness of the disproportionate impact of DLDD on women and girls and the barriers they face in taking an active role in decision-making on land issues 
  • Showcase through the voices of women and girls the impact of DLDD and solutions to address it
  • Highlight successful examples of women’s and girls’ contributions to sustainable land management and broader SDGs
  • Call to action for stronger female leadership and decision-making power to advocate for issues affecting women in the context of desertification, land degradation and drought
