The UNCCD Drought Toolbox serves as a platform to provide access to tools and resources for developing national drought plans and taking a proactive approach to drought management. The Drought Toolbox was developed by the UNCCD in close collaboration with partners, WMO, FAO, GWP, the Joint Research Centre of the European Union, the National Drought Mitigation Center (NDMC) of the University of Nebraska, and the UN Environment DHI center.
