Call for SPI members and observers 

The UNCCD invites experts to apply to become members of the Science-Policy Interface (SPI) which was established in 2013 to promote dialog between scientists and policy-makers on desertification, land degradation and drought. The call is open to scientists from all regions and organizations and all relevant disciplines and thematic areas. The UNCCD also invites international organizations and United Nations organizations qualified in matters relevant to the UNCCD and wishing to become observer to the SPI to express their interest.
