CRIC Bureau
Following the establishment of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention from decision 1/COP.5, a bureau is also constituted to assist its work.
The composition of the bureau is through an election of a Chairperson and four Vice-Chairpersons, one of whom shall act as Rapporteur. Due regard will be given to ensure equitable geographical distribution and adequate representation of affected country Parties, particularly those in Africa, while not neglecting affected country Parties in other regions. Each member shall not serve for more than two consecutive terms.
