LHA operates through four components: food security and nutrition, gender and empowerment, climate change, and the conservation and sustainable management of land and biodiversity. Its activities include training farmers in climate-smart agriculture, reforestation, sustainable farmland management, biochar production, support for agricultural entrepreneurs, and combating land degradation and related health issues.
