Action for Positive Change (APC) promotes sustainable land management to combat land degradation, enhance climate change adaptation, and improve food security in Zambia. We support climate-resilient agriculture, forestry regeneration, soil conservation, and water management, working with rural communities to protect ecosystems, restore degraded lands, and strengthen livelihoods.
