AFRICE works with Ugandan communities to revive indigenous knowledge, agroecology and traditional governance for food, land and ecosystem conservation. Key themes include ecosystem restoration, biodiversity protection, revival of indigenous seeds, traditional farming systems & agroecology, sacred natural site protection, and climate mitigation. Its aims are to strengthen local ecological governance, cultural practices and resilience to land degradation.
