Carries out research for the sustainable development of tourism in_x000D_ oases. Facilitates scientific, technological and cultural exchange among countries within the_x000D_ “oasis belt”. Promotes the use of new information and communication technologies as a tool to_x000D_ valorize the cultural diversity of oases. Organizes international forums for students, workshops_x000D_ for teachers and their pupils, a volunteer programme and training courses on many aspects of_x000D_ oases.
