Builds capacity among local farmers on integrated agriculture technologies which respect the environment. Protects natural forests and works together with the local population to prevent deforestation and the use of slash and burn agriculture. Promotes reforestation and community agroforestry with the aim of securing the access of the population to projects related to reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in developing countries (REDD)
