Promotes exchange of expertise and experience between local stakeholders to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged communities. Undertakes projects to combat desertification and climate change in fragile ecosystems. Implements projects to reduce deforestation and carbon emissions in Benin, Guinea, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Chile.
