Supports decision makers from communities to traditional and local authorities to the highest decision-making bodies and individuals in government and the private sector by developing, disseminating and implementing scientific, fact-based and analytical options. Undertakes research on biophysical, socioeconomic and alternative technologies. Promotes renewable energy and energy efficient technologies.
