Promotes the increased participation of Asian citizens in volunteer programmes. Builds green barriers to stop desertification in China and Mongolia. Restores mangrove forests for adaptation to climate change in Asia. Disseminates renewable energy technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change. Promotes programmes of research, education and public relations in collaboration with Governments of Asian countries, companies and academia. Carries out the programme “Happy Move” involving global youth volunteers working to combat desertification in Korea and China. Collaborates in international research project with China, Korea, Mongolia and Switzerland for the ecological and economic development of the Mongolian Plateau.
