Foundation for Tomorrow (F4T) empowers vulnerable communities in Kenya through integrated home and community-based rehabilitation, climate adaptation, and sustainable livelihoods. Our programs address land degradation, promote climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, and resilience of persons with disabilities. F4T fosters grassroots participation in environmental governance and aligns local actions with UNCCD goals.
