PACJA works to advance people-centred, equity-based, and justice-oriented approaches to climate justice in Africa, focusing on climate adaptation, sustainable land and natural-resource management, and rights of vulnerable communities. It conducts evidence-based advocacy on climate justice. It builds capacity of grassroots and civil-society actors to engage in climate resilience processes and mobilizes partnerships across community, government, and regional bodies to influence climate action.
