The Public Lands Council (PLC) is a United States trade association that represents cattle and sheep producers who utilize grazing lands owned or managed by U.S. government land management agencies through national policy (legislation, regulation, and litigation) while building networks for research and capacity-building around: rangeland health, disaster mitigation, land conversion, watershed health, wildlife-livestock management, pastoral communities, rural economic sustainability.
