READ works to uplift underprivileged communities regardless of caste, creed, religion, gender, or orientation. Objectives include empowering marginalized groups, promoting gender equity, supporting the disabled and those affected by HIV/AIDS, improving health and education, enabling sustainable livelihoods, protecting the environment, and strengthening self-help groups for independent community development.
