Represents a network of restoration experts that include practitioners, policymakers and academics in Africa, Asia, Oceania, Europe, North and Latin America. Promotes ecological restoration as a means of sustaining the diversity of life on Earth and re-establishing an ecologically healthy relationship between nature and culture. Promotes and supports the science and practice of ecological restoration in dryland ecosystems around the world within its Drylands Restoration Initiative.
