STIPA empower communities based on principles of participatory development. The current sustainable initiatives include promoting use of agro-waste recycled to make useful materials through training and making briquettes and organic compost manure; grass planting for animal fodder and to conserve ecosystems,; tree planting and climate sorghum and poultry value chain diversification focused on conservation agriculture and use of organic farming techniques.
