National Project Coordinator (NPC) of Liberia’s First Biennial Update Report (BUR-1);Project aimed at preparing and subsequently submitting the BUR to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in fulfillment of Liberia's national obligation as per Article 12 of the Convention. The NPC is responsible to oversee project implementation and manage all aspects of the project, including the provision of technical assistance o the national technical expert groups, under UNEP's supervision; prepare detailed work plan and terms of reference for project consultants; liaise with relevant ministries, national and international research institutes, NGOs and other relevant institutions in order to involve their staff in the project activities and to gather and disseminate project-relevant information; prepare periodic reports and ensure project outputs are sent to UNEP. Also Project Manager for NOCAL-DUPONT Safety Excellence Project from 2013-2015.
