Work experience
From July 1989 to August 2008, he has worked for the Department of Soil and Water Conservation of the Ministry of Water Resources of PRC, where he was involved in management of the national key projects of soil and water conservation, drawing up the nationwide medium and long-term plan, technical standards of soil and water conservation, supervision the soil and water conservation works of production and construction projects, and revision of the Soil and Water Conservation Law of PRC, etc. Since August 2008, he worked for the International Research and Training Center on Erosion and Sedimentation. He is engaging in research of soil and water conservation, and international exchange, etc.
