Work experience
I graduated and got Beachelor of Science degree from Beijing Forstry University on Forstry Mchine Design and Manufacture in 1982. After that I worked in the School of Forest Products and Engineering of Beijing Forestry University as an assistant lecturer. From 1985 to 1993, I was a lecturer in the same school. In 1993 I obtained a Master of Science degree and was promoted as an associate professor. After 1997 I have been a professor on forestry mechanization components. I used to be associate dean of the School of Forest Products and Engineering from 1993 to 1996. Since 1996 I have been director of International Cooperation Department of Beijing Forestry University._x000D_
I participated and advised a total of 13 scientific researches on Tree Transplanter Design, Turf Aerator Design, Deep Planting Equipment Used in Arid Sand, Irrigation System for Road Bridge and so on.

1. I studied in the Department of Forestry of North Carolina State University of America from 1988 to 1989. During that time I participated in the investigation project of The Influence for Natural Reforestation Using Different Logging Equipment and Methods in Mississippi Tropical Wet Land and a project of Skider's Wheel Slippage._x000D_
2. Since 1994, I have been invited by the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to work for a combating desertification project of GCP/CPR/009/BEL as a consultant on mechanization in "Three North Region" of China.
