Work experience
Since 1982, I have been worked in the Institute of soil and water conservation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1987, I studied in the faculty of agriculture, University of Tokyo, for half year. In 1992, I took part in the first international crop science congress in Iowa, U.S.A. From 1994-1996, I studied in the Arid Land Research Center of Tottori University in Japan. From 2000 to 2010, I have visited the Arid Land Research Center of Tottori University in Japan ten times for scientific exchanges and cooperation research. In 2003, I visited the Korea research institute of bioscience & biotechnology for taking part in Seminar and scientific exchange. In 2004, as a invited speaker in the 4th International Crop Science Congress and visited Australian CSIRO Plant Industry in Perth, Western Australia, for three months. As a PI, I have charged more than 10 projects about dryland farming and ecology.
