Work experience
1. I was as a main participant to pursue the studies on Genetic Improvement of Populus tomentosa. From 1984 to 1991, I engaged in studies on Provenance Test and the Partition of Seed Source Region of Platycladus Orientalis. From 1991 to 1995, I took charge of Provenance Selection of Platycladus Orientalis. Studies on Theories and techniques in The Establishment of Advanced Seed Orchards of Cunninghamia lanceolata in Guizhou and Sichuan Province, and The Establishment of The Seed Orchard of Platycladus Orientalis in Henan. _x000D_

2. From 1995 to 1999, I have been taking charge of some projects:_x000D_
- Selection of Plant Materials for the Project of Ecological Forest in the Mountain of Taihang, China;_x000D_
- Studies on Collection of Resources, Vegetative Propagation and utilization of Taxus in Tibet, China;_x000D_
- Tissues Culture of P. alba in Tibet; _x000D_
- Study on Drought resistance and Selection of the Superior Trocs collected from Different Provenances and families of Pinus tabulaeformis.
