To carry out non-profit environmental management and development activities in consonance with national policies, international treaties, local needs and aspirations. The activities are in the following areas: sound chemicals management, sound wastes management, sustainable natural resources management and vulnerable communities support, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and capacity building for institutions and other target groups.
