IWDA is a women-led Indigenous organization in Tanzania focused on land rights, sustainable land use, climate resilience, and cultural preservation. We empower Indigenous women and youth through community training, advocacy, and traditional ecological knowledge to combat desertification, promote FPIC, and strengthen local governance of rangelands and natural resources.
