Supports the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems. Combats land degradation and deforestation, by conducting scientific research, training and awareness programmes, community-based conservation and sustainable rural development initiatives in north-eastern Türkiye. Improves the capacity and awareness of the local communities, institutions and NGOs, with regard to combating desertification and land degradation.
