Work experience
As the Executive Secretary of the Lake Chad Basin Commission with a Diplomatic Status in N’Djamena - Chad, this was a Regional Organization established since 1964 by the four countries sharing the waters of Lake Chad. I was responsible for coordination, planning and integrated management and development of the water and the other natural resources of the conventional basin. I also involved in environment Planning and Management including desertification control; as well as undertaking contacts with donors, funding agencies and institutions, for the Commission for Integrated and Sustainable Management of the International Waters of the Lake Chad Basin. _x000D_
