- Recent research emphasis has been on integration of livestock into cropping systems (most especially cereal cropping systems. Use of low inputs such as manure ad compost as well as low fertilizer levels on cereal production in Ghana. Use of phosphorus to improve upon nodulation nitrogen fixation and seed yield of pasture; research in Agroforestry, especially technologies to improve on propagation and production of indigenous species of forage shrubs and the role of Agricultural activities on emission of Greenhouse gases and their effect on climate change
