I accumulated my work experience through Researches on the "Development of Water Management Technology to Prevent Secondary Salinization in the Central Asia" (funded by Global Environmental Research Fund from the Environment Agency: 1996-1998, funded by 21COE & Global COE Program by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology: 2002-2006, 2008-2012, funded by CREST Program by Japan Science and Technology: 2003-2008) I have conducted the research from the viewpoint of water management in order to make clear the remedial measures to prevent secondary salinization _x000D_
