Media registration

Journalists and representatives of media organizations are welcome to the session of COP15. Online Registration | UNCCD  is now open for media wishing to participate in person or virtually.  

The following documentation is required to obtain the invitation letter once you register via the online portal:

• duly filled online accreditation form accessible through the Conference registration portal;
• a recent passport-size photograph;
• a valid press card;
• a copy (picture and signature pages) of the passport (for foreign journalists) or national identity card (for local applicants);
• a letter of introduction on official letterhead from the bureau chief, media house or publisher that the journalist represents.

For freelance journalists, a letter is required from the media organization assigning them to cover the Conference.
